เรื่องย่อ จากที่ FBI ได้คิดคำนวนคร่าวๆว่า อาจจะมีฆาตกรต่อเนื่องถึง 300 คน ในประเทศสหรัฐ และจะเป็นอย่างไรถ้าฆาตกรต่อเนื่องเหล่านั้น ไม่ได้ทำงานเพียงคนเดียว แต่กลับกลายเป็นเหมือนลัทธิที่มีการเชื่อมโยงและช่วยเหลือกันและกันในการฆ่า Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) เป็นฆาตกรต่อเนื่องที่โด่งดัง ถึงแม้เขาจะถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ FBI Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) จับได้ แต่ Joe ยังมีสาวกที่ชื่นชมในการฆ่าของเขาอีกเป็นจำนวนมาก ค่อยปฏิบัติงานตามคำสั่งของเขาอยู่ภายนอกคุก การฆาตกรรมอย่างโหดเหี้ยมจึงยังคงดำเนินต่อไป Ryan ต้องหาวิธียับยั้งและทำลายลัทธิของ Joe ลงให้ได้ ก่อนที่จะมีผู้คนอีกมากมายต้องตกเป็นเหยื่อเหล่าฆาตกรต่อเนื่องกลุ่มนี้ เครดิตซับไทย luffy2529, Skinnyunwell
